Hello
My name is Sue.
I am a 59 year old Grandmother who joined Weight Watchers 3 years ago and reached goal 10 months later, (the photos are me before and after). Throughout my entire journey I have had so much help and encouragement from truly inspiring people who have very kindly shared their ups and downs along the way. I have maintained my goal weight for the last 2 years and have recently achieved a new goal weight I set myself. Along the way I have been inspired by the huge amount of online help and support and having received some very positive responses about my own methods and recipes I have decided to make this blog in the hope that it will help others achieve their goal. I will also share hints and tips that I have found helpful in keeping me on track and focussed.

I follow the Weight Watchers Smart Points plan and so all of my recipes and foods have a Smart Point value. If you decide to replicate any of the recipes please remember that if you change any of the ingredients or the serving sizes etc you should recalculate the SP value.

Hi....when using the comment facility the easiest way is to just use the name/URL feature in the drop down menu.....just put in your name and I'll be able to see your comments
